We are able to offer exciting opportunities for two Administrative Support Assistants to join our existing team based in Hailsham.
We provide a Countywide Dementia Support Service
Administrative Support Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Council - helping us provide a better service to the people of East Sussex.
The role will involve supporting the Dementia Support Service and therefore the ability to multitask and work well under pressure, whilst still following required processes, is essential. Strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility and the ability to use your own initiative is key. You will also have excellent communication skills and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service as telephone work and meeting and greeting people is a large part of the role, where you will be the first point of contact for service users and other professionals.
This is a varied and demanding role which offers excellent opportunities to expand on existing knowledge and skills.
Working within this Service you will be part of a supportive team promoting safety, inclusion and personalization to People who have care and support needs.
