Logistics UK is looking to recruit a Administrator with a specific responsibility to provide an effective and efficient administration support service to the training team including online technical/moderation support.

This role would be based at our Tunbridge Wells office with the option to also work from home a couple of days a week.

Responsibilities:

• To respond to member enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in respect of training administration to provide support and accurate information regarding the (online and classroom) products and services supplied by the training team.

• To process and complete course bookings using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) and finance systems, where applicable.

• Maintain quality systems and procedures for the training support services administration team and to report and update processes as required.

• Monitor and manage training bookings and records to completion, providing weekly reports of progress to achieve department KPIs.

• Prepare, issue and process all training course information and documentation in relation to pre-course and post course product requirements e.g. member confirmation, venues, course handouts and documentation, delegate feedback, delegate results etc.

• Assist with ongoing development of training administration systems and procedures to ensure a customer focused service provided is both robust and expeditiously delivered.

• Process sales orders, invoices or credit notes, as required.

• Monitor and report on training course bookings, income and expenditure where required.

• Source and book training venues and update LMS as required.

• Provide system reports/KPI information as required.

• Provide support to Logistics UK’s training colleagues, including Support Services and Administration Managers’.

General Office Responsibilities:

• To answer inbound telephone calls.

• To assist with the general administration where required.

• To assist with actioning training team email inboxes, as required.

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with particular attention to detail.

• Understanding of Learning Management Systems to monitor, process and complete course bookings, joining instructions, feedback and generating system reports.

• Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 suite e.g. Excel, Word and an interest in working with PowerPoint and other software as required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work with others (both internally and externally) in order to provide outstanding administration support services with customer focussed outcomes.

• Ability to adapt, organise and prioritise workload in order meet competing demands and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A working knowledge of the training prospectus and products provided by Logistics UK.

• Good communicator, able to liaise with internal and external customers.

• Initiative and the ability to work with limited direct supervision.

• Attend internal meetings throughout the UK, as required
