About the role
Join the busy Corporate Service Support department and become a key part of the team which provides day to day administration support across the Council to staff at all levels.
Fluent in Welsh and English, you will need good IT, communication and organisation skills and must take pride in offering a consistently high level of customer service to our internal and external customers.
On the job training will be provided and you may specialise in certain activities and be allocated to support a specific service area/team. As your knowledge and confidence grows you will experience working across various teams to enhance your knowledge of the services provided by the council and your ability to step into any area of work as required.
Your role as an Apprentice will include undertaking a qualification and you will complete a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration as part of your Apprenticeship. Your work pattern will incorporate study leave in order to complete your apprenticeship. Workshops will be held online on a monthly basis by our training provider, Ceredigion Training. Training and support will initially be delivered on line and may move to face to face delivery when Covid19 restrictions allow.
