As an In-Store Service Agent, you will strive to create an amazing customer experience by understanding the customer’s needs, inspiring them to see what’s possible with the latest technology, identifying and creating complete solutions according to their needs and lifestyle, and retrieving all the necessary products and services for them. 


 Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize long term relationships with our customers through the implementation of Best Buy Programs, ensure that we are “amazing” when responding to customer concerns, that we escalate issues to management when it is required, and that we make contact with every customer.

• Ensure that you are consistently learning and developing your skills through the participation in company training programs, that you are maintaining current knowledge of the latest technology products and industry trends, and that you contribute to the sharing of knowledge and expertise within the store sales team when required.

Achieve company targets and standards on key areas of performance, ensure that we are complying with all Health and Safety standards, and that you are “continuously improving” your contribution to teams performance.
