Job Details


  • Functioning as daily support for the Brand Manager
  • Following all retail KPI’s and provide store and staff performance analysis
  • In charge of Training in Middle East area
  • Following Mystery Shopping results and provide action plans
  • Following Retail Excellence process and results
  • Perform basic daily office functions supplies etc
  • Coordinate aftersales service functions
  • Coordinate the needs in stores :
  • Merchandising
  • Visual Merchandising
  • SDP
  • Supporting material of POS
  • Assist Brand Director in providing wholesale clients with materials, packaging materials, communication newsletter, etc
  • Act as client service back up in the absence of Brand Director
  • Work on special projects as need


  • Language: fluent English & arabic Mandatory (if possible French)
  • Ability to work well with little guidance and in tight time frames
  • Multi-Task and organization skills
  • Positive and energetic; Team player attitude; business partner
  • Team-oriented worker with excellent interpersonal skills for interacting and networking with customers and distributors


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Computer literacy, Strong excel and analytical skills needed (Movex)
  • 2+ years of previous experience in Retail Operations


  • Prior merchandising and/or sales operations experience helpful.
  • Keen awareness of jewelry and watches or any luxury product.
  • Business Partner
  • Training given and knowledge in Store Design and VM is a plus
