Your new role
You will act as a single point of contact, taking ownership of calls to ensure all information is obtained, whilst working in an environment that receives and makes a high volume of calls. You will undertake general tasks to support the administration team and actively seek feedback from all stakeholders in relation to their service experience.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous customer service experience with excellent telephone manner.
What you'll get in return Paying up to £10.50 per hour.
