Job Details

This role is responsible for creating unrivaled client and Banking Centre experiences by providing white glove support directly to our clients and branch employees that goes beyond expectations. Lastly, we want someone who has a desire to collaborate with various partners throughout CWB to provide direct knowledge and experience into the continuous improvement of cash management strategy and tactical execution.

What you will be responsible for:

Delivering an exceptional client experience by focusing on effective cash management support that drives our brand promise and contributes to the best-in-class Net Promoter Score (NPS)Resolving requests related to CWB’s cash management products and services.Educating both CWB clients and employees on cash management products and processes.Maintaining effective communication and relationships with partners.Finding opportunities to add value through process and practice improvements.

Two years experience in cash management within a financial institution.Contact or Support centre experience in a financial setting is an asset.Solid understanding of cash management products and services, such as Business Online Banking or Digital Client Onboarding.Highly developed client facing and client relationship development skills with the ability to effectively articulate customer valueAwareness of Payment Canada rules, knowledge of deposit and investment products, and an understanding of business and cash management market knowledge.Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.


Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of partners.A strong client service focus and sense of appropriate vitality when dealing with branch and client requests, including being proactive.Strong aptitude with technology, with an ability to quickly learn new technology and tools.Strong verbal and written communication skills including active listening.Detail and accuracy oriented.Effective time management skills (prioritization and multi-tasking).Accountability and ability to follow through on commitments and targets.Good judgment and confident decision-making skills.Why work for us?Benefits to benefit you.Your voice matters.
