Job Details

Key responsibilities and duties include

  • Welcoming guests to our resort
  • Scanning of welcome packs to let our accommodation team know they have arrived on resort
  • Directing the guests accurately to their accommodation and advising them of the best parking
  • Explaining everything that the guests have in their welcome pack
  • Recommending Butlin’s products and services
  • Helping guests with luggage to their accommodation where required

The ideal candidate should

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have basic knowledge of using a computer
  • Be a committed Team Player including being flexible and enthusiastic.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional Customer Service.
  • Be able to work in a busy & fast paced environment
  • Have a problem solving attitude.
