As Client Financial Services Agent - Virtual, you participate in the management and maintenance of the business relationship with members and clients by supporting sales and business development. You carry out support activities related to the sale of products and services through various distribution channels meeting the needs of members and customers according to the strategies and practices in force. May cover more than one subspecialty such as life and health insurance, property and casualty insurance, businesses, individuals and securities.
Your role is to provide support to members and clients in your fields and to participate in maintaining business relationships. You carry out sales, sales support or customer relations activities for specific products and services or specific information requests, according to current practices and this, by making the most of your ability to adapt your approach when the situation requires it. Your mastery of interpersonal relationships and your ability to communicate effectively allow you to ensure the satisfaction of members and clients and the quality of the services provided, while respecting the standards and procedures of the company.
