Your new role
Reporting into the Customer Service Team Leader, you will act as the main point of contact for customers and ensure that you provide an excellent level of service. Key duties will include;
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email, dealing with requests and resolving issues
- Handling complaints
- Ensuring customer interactions are logged correctly on the system
- Communicating delays to customers and handling complaints
- Liaising with stakeholders such as finance and sales
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have strong communication skills and have previously worked within a call centre/customer service environment. You will be able to prioritise workloads and hit deadlines. Knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams is needed as experience of using CRM would be beneficial.
