Your role will be to provide first class B2B customer support both; voice-to-voice and via email, helping and supporting with product and service, account queries and some technical queries. Your role will cover both new customers and established clients who need help and support. What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking a team player, someone with exceptional communication and organisational skills, along with an eye for detail. You will need prior Customer Service experience, ideally from within a B2B environment
