Your new role
You will be part of a small dedicated Reception team where you will be responsible for handling incoming calls to the business and either dealing with the customer, or passing them on to the relevant department. You will be doing basic administration and inputting information onto the internal systems
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you need to have recent relevant customer service experience, you will need to be confident dealing with high call volumes and dealing with a wide range of calls. You will need to be confident communicator who is confident deal with with a range of calls, and have strong IT skills. Previous reception experience would also be an advantage.
What you'll get in return
This role offers an annual salary of £20,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience plus benefits.
