  • Be a core member of our collections team - helping consumers understand and find solutions to resolve their accounts

  • Be genuine and authentic while working with consumers

  • Be an accounts receivable industry expert - working with each consumer on their individual cases

  • Be engaging and ensure each account is updated with accurate information which will aid in account resolution

  • Negotiate each resolution and ensure the consumers understand their obligations

  • Actively-listen to each consumer and offering reasonable solutions and alternatives

  • Provide thorough and accurate information regarding the account

Required Education and Experience

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Secondary education is strongly preferred
  • Minimum of one year of working experience in a professional office environment
