Core Job Responsibilities

  • Open and process incoming mail
  • Process paper claims according to scanning policy
  • Enter all paper claims into Tapestry. Maintain accuracy standards
  • Process outgoing mail, working with ACCESS mail-room
  • Answer phones and appropriately answer or triage vendor and member concerns
  • Assists in organizing and maintaining files and keeping records up to date
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year Data entry experience required, preferably with claims or Epic/Tapestry
  • 1 year Customer service experience preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook, required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
