Working within IQVIA’s support centre, on an exciting initiative to support our COVID-19 sampling study. We are looking for inbound Call Agents, providing a support helpline dedicated to managing queries and providing solutions and advise for members of the public who are involved in this study.
Your role will involve registering participants and scheduling appointments, where necessary for swab and blood tests to be carried out in the community. Additionally, handling post registration queries. You will take ownership of recording participant information on a bespoke database, ensuring that you pay attention to detail and that relevant information checks are carried out with accuracy.
A confident and assertive approach, along with the ability to remain calm and listen empathetically to the caller is paramount in this role.
As the role is Homebased, you must have access to a quiet space, where you can work undisturbed, along with good internet connectivity.
