Your new role
You will have the autonomy to support a diverse user base, providing technical support and administration to a range of modern IT systems.
You will be managing the support requests from various teams via the phone and on site.
You will be responsible for planning and organising your day and prioritising calls and work plans to ensure the urgent requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.
You will be self-managed and be responsible for visiting clients both virtually and on site (all local), fixing varying infrastructure issues both small and complex.
What you'll need to succeed
Your background of 1st & 2nd line (basic infrastructure support: hardware fixes, telephony issues) in a diverse and changing environment will lead to your success.
Alignment with ITIL and an approach of continually improving will help you greatly in your role as you undertake technical support.
Your technical expertise will cover infrastructure including strong knowledge of Windows Server 2010/2012/2016, O365, Intune and MS Exchange.
Linux experience is desired but not essential.
