We are seeking a Living Learning Communities Assistant to support the new Living Learning Communities (LLC) in the Halls of Residence. Working at our modern well-connected Docklands Campus you will also assist in organising and creating activities and events for students to enjoy and learn skills from to increase their employability.
As first point of contact for all residents involved with LLC’s the post holder must provide excellent customer service care at all times. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual with a passion for student experience. If you are creative, enjoy organising activities and developing other skills then this could be the ideal role for you.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have experience in a customer-facing role. You should have strong customer service, organisation, communication, IT and administrative skills. You must be willing to work flexible hours.
