Our company’s recent expansion throughout the territory has allowed our marketing department to vastly expand and not only fulfill the demands of our clients but to offer a handful of local residents a full time position with amazing growth opportunities. The Marketing Communications team is responsible for developing the client’s brand and proving a cohesive bond with the execution of selling the brand. The entry level Marketing Communications Coordinator will work within a team and provide not only brand strategy that is regionally specific, but the Marketing Communications Coordinator will also be open to learning the management side as well including scheduling, running marketing and sales meeting, daily operations, recruiting, and administration.


Marketing Communications Coordinator Day-to-day Responsibilities (at the entry level):

  • Leading the developing and implementation for marketing the client’s brand efficiently and effectively
  • Executing the marketing and sales plans for each assigned territory for one’s team
  • Competition analysis and assuring our client’s are providing the best options for their potential new customers
  • Working collaboratively with each department of the firm to ensure optimal success for each party involved within the sale
  • Leading by example with the rest of the Marketing Communications team
  • Assisting with daily sales duties and reporting final numbers to the executive marketing communications manager
  • Developing customer engagement with the use of marketing strategy based on our company and client’s goals and expectations.
  • Coordinating, monitoring and communicating with the rest of the marketing communications team and ensuring everyone is up to date on any material provided by the clients
  • Providing recommendations to the company and their team to improve program/ product effectiveness to the potential consumer


Requirements and Skills:

  • Associate and/ or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills will allow one in this position to excel with our clients and our customer base
  • The ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to adhere and learn our companies marketing and sales tactics taught within our office
  • When transitioning into more of an executive level role it is vital to be proficient in basic computer skills
