About You

To be successful you should ideally hold a Level 3 Business Admin QCF or equivalent and Intermediate Customer Services qualification or be willing to work towards these qualifications. You will also need to be prepared to undertake professional development as appropriate for example: buddy course, team leading, customer service etc

You will be resilient and demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and to manage your time effectively.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present both written, visual and verbal information.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to delegate roles to the team to maximise efficiency, occupancy and income.

Competent use of telephone, e-mail and computer systems to include– word, adobe, excel, PowerPoint and/or any other systems as applicable.

Values and respect the views and needs of children, parents and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to reflect and learn from past experiences, together with excellent communicate skills.

To be a reliable team member and have some experience of working and managing people in a supervisory management role.

To work collaboratively and supportively with colleagues within the organisation and with colleagues in other organisations.

A clear and valid DBS is paramount and overseas applicants will need a clear and valid certificate of good conduct. Please note we will conduct a suitability check prior to interview.

Your Responsibilities and Duties will involve:

The nursery administration for all the settings across the company is divided into area hubs, with each hub managed by an Area Administrator.

You will based at one of the settings within the hub providing strong, efficient administration support covering all aspects of the business to all managers and nurseries within the hub area.

To work under the supervision of the Area Administrator, who will offer support and delegate tasks as detailed in the administration job roles list.

To be able to step up and cover the role of Area Administrator as and when required.

Reporting and communicate effectively with the Area Administrator.

Develop positive relationships with colleagues, families and outside agencies.

Assist with the promotion of the nurseries and the business to maximize occupancy and income.

Ensure all relevant documentation and records are uploaded to the relevant internal company system and external systems where relevant.

A duty of care to safeguard children and knowing the process to report concerns.

Provide a safe environment within the base setting, including care, maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene.
