Job Description

The Global Structured Finance (GSF) group is a division within Global Corporate Trust and Custody. GSF provides trustee, custodial and paying agent services related to asset-backed securities transactions (ABS), residential mortgage-backed transactions (RMBS) and commercial mortgage-backed transactions (CMBS). The business line has extensive expertise with structured finance operations, procedures, policies and regulatory compliance. The Senior Account Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and oversight of an assigned portfolio of transactions. Responsibilities include: providing general oversight of monthly debt service process; delivering quality customer service to clients, investors and other 3rd parties; reviewing transaction documents to ensure accuracy of set-up of new accounts; interacting with internal partners to ensure risk management procedures are followed; contributing to projects and initiatives that cross geographic sites and job functions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance/business related field, or equivalent work experience

• Five to eight years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Two to ten years of banking, trust or other financial services experience

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

• Effective organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances

• Ability to work with others to achieve team objectives

• Ability to interpret transaction documents

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Prior experience working in the corporate trust or structured finance industry

Telecommuting/Office Location/Hours

• During the summer this position will be onboarded and worked remotely/from home. After Labor Day, employees will return to the office in a hybrid capacity and will be able to telecommute at least two days per week.

• Our office is located in the Chicago Loop.

• Standard hours of this position are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
