Your responsibilities will include…

Take an active lead role in ensuring that the management team, Board and other key internal stakeholders are kept informed of market developments that may be relevant to the running of the Bank Take ownership of day to day relationships with sell-side analysts, including query resolution and monitoring analyst models and notes. Compile sell-side consensus and verify outputs.

Jointly manage a detailed process of investor targeting as the basis for defining and preparing the IR programme of engagement

Communicate the Group's message to the market; including the annual report and accounts, news releases, slides and speeches for the CEO and CFO`s results presentations and the Chairman's AGM presentation and maintaining the IR section of the Companies corporate website

Be jointly responsible with the wider IR team for managing external reporting processes including amendments to key documents, version control, contributing to drafting of outputs, updating corporate website, design and production of the Annual Report, organising events such as financial results presentations and webcasts.

Actively engage in targeting new investors and day to day relationships with House Brokers In return for your commitment:


We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £85,000 - £90,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

Discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 25%
