Job Description:

Reporting directly to the National Director, Commercial Markets, the selected candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in leading high performing teams, disciplined cadences, employee engagement, and an exceptional ability to foster internal and external relationships   Job

 

Responsibilities:

• Establish an efficient management structure within the team: manage key performance indicators, regular meetings, sales volume forecasts, year-end revenue forecasts, etc.

• Develop comprehensive sales plans for your region in collaboration with Marketing, Finance and other key stakeholders

• Be a great coach to your team members

• Comprehensive understanding of new and innovative technology, its applications for the Company, and its ability to position Bell’s product/services offerings to customers.

• Build sustainable relationships with key customer accounts at the senior level

• Lead a team of territory-based Inside Sales professionals generating revenue in wireless and wireline services from medium-sized businesses

• Manage resource, expense budgets, and ensure that the teams observe company policy with respect to expenditures

Job Requirements:

• Telecom experience preferred with insight to Connectivity services, Wireless services, Voice and Unified Communications, Internet and Private Networks, Data Center and Cloud, IoT, and Security

• Experience in managing the sales cycle, including the steps involved in prospecting, qualifying, recommending, signing and implementing complex solutions

• 5 years + of professional sales experience; with three of those years leading sales team(s)

• Excellent skills with respect to negotiating, executive presentations, conducting analyses and leveraging data to make business decisions

• University degree; bachelor’s degree or higher Degree or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of revenue and cost management

• Strong people leadership skills with a focus on employee engagement, individual motivation, mental health awareness and interpersonal support
