Vice President of Training & Staff Development

Del Norte Credit Union is seeking an experienced training and development manager with proven competencies in areas of adult education coupled with demonstrated success in developing high performers and creating engaged learning and development programs.

Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

Oversight of the Training and Staff Development Team

Administration of associated learning programs and curriculum such as classroom instruction, online training modules and the Leadership and Management Development Program.

Collaboration with Managers and other key stakeholders to help identify areas for additional learning and process improvement; incorporating performance excellence, a variety of education methods, and staff development.

Experience & Education

Five years to eight years of similar or related experience

Bachelor's degree, and/or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
